Sweet Swine Pork Rinds: Hogs Against Romney

Wilbur, Sweet Swine Pork Rinds
We were contacted today by Wilbur the Pig, from Sweet Swine Pork Rinds. Wilbur agrees Mitt Romney is mean to animals, and that he should not be president. Thank you, Wilbur, for leading "Hogs Against Romney" and becoming part of our Super Pack.

You should have a Blog devoted to Socks the cat. Bill and Hillary Clinton's cat that they very coldly ditched when they left the White House. Can't you just imagine the turmoil poor Socks went through? Socks was merely a prop to be discarded once the show was over. Remember all those photo ops where they claimed that they really loved Socks the cat? I certainly do and if your intent is to be fair then you should start a Blog in memory of Socks.

I have a ten dollar bet that you will not allow this comment to be published. In other words I lose if you publish this.

Do you know the whole story about "socks" the cat? Perhaps there is more to that story than you know. As far as caging an animal and strapping the cage on the roof of his car, wow that is just plain stupid!!! Who does that, shown no common sence.

I find it strange that a meat company would choose to comment here. I've had both dogs and pigs as pets (I grew up in the country) and pigs are just as intelligent and loving as dogs (although a bit more independent...)
Perhaps they are at least a company that supports ethically-treated free-range animals that are permitted a long life before they are slaughtered for human consumption. I live in an agricultural area with quite a few pig farms - some of them, while still operating by legal guidelines, are shocking in their lack of compassion.
